ADAM WENT HOME
Members: Dave - Trumpet, Owen - Guitar and Vocals, Alastair - Guitar and Vocals, Gareth - Bass and Ollie - Drums Info/facts: For those of you who've visited their website (or even met them), you'll know that Adam Went Home are a bunch of losers from Swansea - nice losers though. They've recorded a four track E.P entitled "Mo Metal Than Yo Moma" and are still finishing off their new album "Failing" which was meant to be on sale about 3 months ago. Since Adam Went Home lost their drummer and replaced their bass guitarist, they've gained a huge sound improvement. Everythings a lot deeper, clearer and is actually in time. I listened to their demo a little while ago taken from the new album and compaired it with some of their old stuff and it really does sound so much better. However, I still like all their old music just not as much. Website: www.adamwenthome.com

CAPTAIN EVERYTHING!
Members: Lew - Vocals and guitar, Jon - Backing Vocals and bass, Richie - Drums. Info/facts: It's been said a million and two times and I'd like to say it again. "These people are really nice guys!" I've never known of such a friendly, non-big headed, happy, polite, funny band! Captain Everything are a three piece from Watford (near London) and ruin their crowds sanity by throwing large amounts of loud, 100mph pop/punk about sweat' shops and women at them. They're now part of the House Hold Name family and have re-released their "learning to play with..." album. The split E.P "make the love connection" with Route 215 is still available from 20deck, so if you haven't got a copy, I suggest you get one rather soon! Website: www.captaineverything.co.uk

ELEMENT 101
Members: Chrissie - Vocals, Chris - Guitar/Vocals, Danny - Guitar, Sal - Bass, Nick - drums. Info/facts: right, well along with about sixteen million other bands, I found this one by typing in words like "punk" and "i'm like a bird" (don't ask) into this little search box on my brothers mp3 site thing named "kazaa". It's really fun, you get all sorts of strange named bands coming up.. like, cupboard door open, wheres my hat, swallowed a wallnut (I'm making these up - but you get the point) and you're able to hear heaps of music from bands which you didn't even know exsisted! anyway, how to describe the band.. they're sort of another (not quite as good) version of "no comply" and I say that because theres an intro on one of the Element 101 songs which sounds exactly like one from a no comply song. The singing isn't quite what you'd expect to hear coming from a punk band though. You have really loud rock-like guitars with a faint little female voice over the top and it sounds really strange.. I wouldn't really recommend this band to anyone because I wasn't that amazed, just thought it was different and.. odd.

IDENTITY#1
Members: Tash - Vocals, Lewis - Guitar and angry screams, Peter - Guitar, George - Drums Info/Facts: Identity#1 started by the Miles brothers George and Peter. Lewis was later added at school due to some dislikes towards their other bassist or something. Tasha then joined as their previous singer wasn't taking the band seriously enough and IDENTITY # 1 was born! But now... it has died. Why? Because lewis (nasty nasty nasty child) had some sort of argument (I think it had something to do with a holiday..?!) with Tash and threw her out. so that was the end of that. And it was also incredibly depressing. They had managed to get themselves signed to Jamdown records and release a split ep with Howards Alias along with a full length album "Word of Warning" - and I hope everyone has a copy of this cd, because if you haven't, you're quite foolish. The ashes of Identity#1 can still be found but under the name of "friends of ed"
